Reverend Nathan Leach
Priest-in-Charge
Rev. Nathan Leach grew up in the Boston area, where his mother was a Presbyterian minister. He fell in love with the Episcopal Church while a student at Williams College, and subsequently attained his M.Div at Yale Divinity School. Prior to his time at All Saint’s, Nathan served as Director of Christian Education and Formation at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Wallingford, CT, and also worked as a hospice chaplain. Outside of ministry, Nathan has worked as a grants professional in a variety of fields, including higher education, refugee and immigrant resettlement, and the arts. He is married to Elizabeth Curtis, a nurse-midwife who will be working for Berkshire Health Systems beginning in December. They are the proud parents of Josephine (b. 2023) and Ruth (b. 2025).
Outside of the church, Nathan can be found birding, running and making music. He can be reached at priest.allsaints@protonmail.
Dr. Matthew McConnell
Minister of Music
Dr. McConnell is an American composer and organist. Educated at Bennington College (B.A.) and the New England Conservatory of Music (M.M. and D.M.A.), he studied with Stephen Siegel, Allen Shawn, John Heiss, and Daniel Pinkham. His music publishers are E.C. Schirmer, Sacred Music Press, and The Lorenz Corporation. He is a member of ASCAP
and the American Guild of Organists.

Anne Kondel-Long is responsible for encouraging and maintaining our church’s daily tasks by being an active correspondent in our ever-growing community. She plays a crucial role behind the scenes, enabling us to better focus on spiritual life at All Saints Berkshires.
